1 Actions against other officers
§1 Reaction to Unusual bahaviour
(1) Acts of wing commanders and lower against §2, 3, 5 can be reviewed by the carrier captain of the attacking officer, in case the attacker is no member the carrier captain of the attacked officer reviews the case. The carrier captain decides the reacting against the attacker. The case can be reviewed by the navy court if attacker or attacked officer wants to.
(2) Other acts are revied by the navy court or the fleet commander. Only the fleet commander can decide about §4(3).
(3) The court can't remove someone from a higher position, transfer or refuse someones joining request personally, he needs to request this actions from the direct commanders.
(4) Someone who acts against §2, 3, 4 on an IRC channel can be kicked after a warning, multiple actings can lead to a temporary disban out of the IRC channel. An operator of the channel can act against a member only by seeing the action personally, against a no member by seeing the action or getting a proof. The operator don't need to request a decision from the carrier captain, the court or the fleet commander in case they aren't online at the moment.
(5) Someone who acts against §4(2) can be kicked and disbaned without warning.
§2 Impersonating an Officer
Someone who does like officer of the 5th he isn't to trick one of the 5th officers can loose a higher position, transferred or his joining request can be refused.
§3 Offending an Officer
Someone who seriously attacks or insults an officer of the 5th can loose a higher position, transferred or his joining request can be refused.
§4 Action against the Club
(1) Someone who tries to damage or destroy the club through provoking a conflict with another club or through recruiting members of the 5th for another familiar organization can loose a higher position, transferred or his joining request can be refused.
(2) Someone who tries to gain control or seriouly disturb on fleet communication systems can loose a higher position, transferred or his joining request can be refused.
(3) Serious actions against (1) can lead to deleting of the offender from the roster.
§5 Misusing Command Status
An officer who uses a superior position to act against §§2, 3, 4 or treat a lower officer in another way can loose this position.
2 Formal Structure
§6 Language
The official language of the 5th fleet is English. Meetings, topics, and posts on the message board have to be in English language. While normal chat officers can use other languages too.
3 Behaviour while official meetings
§7 Meeting Structure
The first part of the meeting consists of a report of the command officers. Every Carrier Captain and higher is allowed to report. Wing Commanders and Squadron Commanders have to ask their Group Commander before they can give a report. The officer with the highest position starts. The second part of the meeting consists of a discussion forum, where every officer can say his oppinion to a topic.
§8 Moderate Mode
While meeting the channel setting is moderate. Officers who give reports or take part on discussions will be voiced, in case they don't have operator status.
§9 Members Restriction
Only members or recruits of the 5th fleet are allowed to take part at 5th fleet meetings.
§10 Military Code
(1)While meetings officers are adressed by Ranking. Officers with the ranking of Rear Admiral to Grand Admiral are titled Admiral. Officers with the ranking of Lieutenant Commander and Commander are titled Commander. Officers with the Ranking of 2nd Lieutenant and 1st Lieutenant are titled Lieutenant. Higher officers can be adressed with sir, lower officers can be adressed by name.
(2) While discussions officers have to concentrate on the discussed topic.
§11 Channel
The meetings are hold in a different channel to the usual fleet channel.
